Don't forget to follow your heart...

Hi ,

I just posted a blog post and a video based on what's

been coming up over and over again for me this week.

This is a message we've all heard a million times, but

sometimes we need a gentle reminder: don't forget to

follow your heart.

We tend to seek answers about what's in our best

interest outside of ourselves. When really, nobody

really knows what's best for us better than we do.
