You may have heard the saying,
"If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything."
Taking a stand for the things that matter to us in our lives is what allows us to be clear about what right action we need to take each day to move us forward on our desired path.
If we never take a stand for what's most important to us, we end up flailing around with no direction...
But, once we plant that flag, it become obvious to us what is in alignment with our dreams and goals, and what we need to do next becomes obvious as well.
So... what is it that you stand for?
Me? I stand for freedom.
This has been the case for many years in my life... since I became pregnant with my first daughter.
I knew that once she was born, I didn't want to be away from her... that I wanted the freedom to work from home and make my own schedule.
I created that lifestyle for myself, and then my stand for freedom became about helping others to achieve the same kind of freedom in their lives.
It's what my life is about, and it's what my work is about. It's what I stand for.
And, because of this, I am able to know right away when something is in alignment with the vision that I have for myself and others.
I know you are aware about the main community I'm a part of where we focus on freedom through principle centered leadership (I talk about it all the time).
It's amazing to be surrounded by other 'Freedom Crusaders' who are also committed to their own freedom, as well as assisting others on the path to freedom.
One of the things we focus on in our community is financial literacy... because learning how to have the money that you earn work for you (to earn more money passively) - is an important component when it comes to creating freedom.
Investing is one of the best ways to do this...
And what's cool, is that investing these days has become much simpler than it used to be.
