Weekend Recap (and 2 HUGE announcements)

Happy New Year!

I hope your year is off to a beautiful start.

Mine has been nice so far.

I've been super productive getting ready for some amazing ways I'm planning to uplevel my business this year.

I've also been on a new health plan since the end of November and have lost 13 pounds so far! I'm mainly doing it for some health challenges I've been having (it's an inti-inflammation eating plan), but the weight loss is a great benefit that I'm enjoying.

Here's a pic of River and me on the beach- it was so sunny we both had to squint.

Just fyi, I took the week off from YouTube between Christmas and New Year's Eve... so I won't be sharing any new YouTube videos with you this time. But I will be back at it tomorrow!

In the meantime, I wanted to share some other super exciting announcements regarding some other things I've been working on.

2nd Annual 30-Day Content Challenge

Last year, I hosted my first ever 30 Day Content Challenge- and people (myself included) got such great results that I decided to do it again!

Showing up every day in your business and providing value for your audience is the best way to build rapport with your audience and to GROW.

Not to mention, creating content every day for 30 days is a great way to MASTER the process of creating content on whichever platform you want to have a presence.

I've definitely been noticing this since I started my new TikTok channel and started posting every day- I get better at it (and faster) every day.

This challenge was so successful last year- we had people grow their audiences, have growth in their businesses, improve their skills, and also have opportunities presented to them that never would have happened had they not been putting themselves out there consistently.
