So far on this journey I've stopped in:
- Asheville NC
- Murphy, NC on my friend's alpaca farm which was absolutely magical
- Nashville, Tennessee (so much good music- a bucket list event for me!)
- Boulder, Colorado for several days (Boulder was my home for most of the 25 years that I loved in Colorado- it was soooo good to spend time with my friends there and play music with them)
- Steamboat Springs, Colorado (I was delayed there for a week and a half waiting on a part for my car)
- and now I'm in Aspen, Colorado.
I'll be headed west in a couple of days...
I've been sharing my journey on my TikTok channel, too... so you can follow along here if you want. I have a video there with some footage of the John Denver memorial from yesterday, too.
I was inspired today (after something really amazing happened this morning that I mention in today's video) to share my thoughts about intuition- how to listen to it and trust it in your life and business.
We all have intuition- and we each carry a knowing about what's best for us, or what's next for us.
Unfortunately, many of us are afraid to listen to this intuition most of the time, or to fully trust it.
Adyashanti says something along the lines of (I'm paraphrasing):
"We can learn more by listening to our hearts than we can by 100 books."
I 100% agree... the answers are inside of us, not outside of us.
Plus, when you really listen to your heart, it's like sending a message to your heart that says, "I care. I want to listen." And the more we do that, the stronger our intuition becomes.
