Hey, Amy here.

I hope you are having a nice weekend.

I'm still on my road trip... still hanging in Aspen with one of my besties and will be headed west tomorrow!

Here's a photo from one of our hikes yesterday... we've been going on about 3 hikes per day here... it's so beautiful.

I just want to give you a quick preview of coming attractions before I recap the content from this week.

This is exciting...

I recorded an interview today with one of my best friends (who also used to be my business partner). He's a total MASTER when it comes to Facebook marketing and he dropped some serious insider secrets on this interview that I cannot wait to share with you!

I will let you know as soon as it's ready but just wanted to give you a heads up so you can be on the lookout for it. You will seriously learn some things about Facebook that most people don't know. :)

We all have intuition- and we each carry a knowing about what’s best for us, or what’s next for us.

Unfortunately, many of us are afraid to listen to this intuition most of the time, or to fully trust it.

Adyashanti says something along the lines of (I’m paraphrasing):

“We can learn more by listening to our hearts than we can by 100 books.”

I 100% agree… the answers are inside of us, not outside of us.

Plus, when you really listen to your heart, it’s like sending a message to your heart that says,

“I care. I want to listen.”

And the more we do that, the stronger our intuition becomes.
