Hey, Amy here.
I was on our morning mastermind call this morning and one of the founders of our company (who is also a dear friend of mine- Paul), was sharing a story about how he got started in the home business industry years ago.
He was sharing about when he first graduated from college (with honors), he got a job in a call center for $11.09/hour... and then he eventually was promoted (for an extra $1/hour) to be a concierge for the company where he could run errands for people, like taking suits to the dry cleaner, etc.
One of our mastermind members came out and shared during the mastermind portion of the call that she was not happy about the thought of him running around doing those errands... because he's way too valuable to be doing that kind of work.
Paul's response was:
"It's fun to serve people."
Paul has gone on to become the co-founder of a company that is FULL of heart-centered, principle-centered entrepreneurs.
I believe that everything trickles down from the top... and this is a great example of how when a company is led by someone who finds joy in serving people, the company will attract other entrepreneurs who find joy in serving people.
