I went live for about 20 minutes and shared some of my biggest takeaways from this launch, but here's the bottom line:

When you are vulnerable and transparent, people will fall in love with you.

In fact, they will fall so in love with you that they will carry you through your own book launch that you can't personally attend (for mental health issues that you were honest with your audience about).

This is exact what I just experienced- it happened for Rachel Pedersen, and it was such an incredible thing to witness.

She's an amazing example of how, when you keep it real, people will relate to you and love you, for who you really are.

When you attempt to be like someone else, they won't- I mean, how could they love you if they don't actually know you?

I know I talk about this stuff all the time, but this book launch took it all to the next level for me, so I wanted to share with you what I learned.
