Hey, Amy here.

As another year comes to a close, one of the things I've been thinking about a lot is what I want to accomplish over the next year... as well as reflecting back over this past year.

This is something I do at the end of every year.

My goals for the coming year are not monetary or materialistic or accomplishment based...

... they are all about learning to love myself more deeply and working on and with myself spiritually.

This is where the work is for me right now.

Goals don't always have to be about achievements.

Mine this year are just about loving myself more and learning to go with the flow and finding peace in my life.

There are endless ways that we can grow and evolve as humans... so your goals can be around whatever way you want to reinvent yourself in the coming year

I hosted the Grow Rich Mastermind this morning, and I spoke a bit more about this topic.

And in the last 30 minutes of the call we heard from some amazing people who chimed in on this topic on the mastermind portion of the call.

One of the stories was from Gail, who used to be a flight attendant.

She was sharing about how, during turbulence on the plane, the fight attendants would be in their seats holding on for dear life.

And then she said, "as if that would actually help."

I love this because I know that this is how we operate in our lives a lot of the time... holding on for dear life thinking that will actually make a difference instead of just going with the flow.
