Hey, Amy here.
Have you ever had an experience where, no matter how you tried to make a situation better, the more you did, the worse it got?
I sure have.
And I've been recently implementing some really powerful practices that have been helping me so much to 'yield to overcome'.
I'm learning how to go with the flow on a deeper level, and I've found some things to help me with this.
The practices, for me, are a great reminder that when life looks difficult that we are only one thought away from peace.
And a reminder to be focusing on gratitude and contentment every day.
It's not easy, but it is life changing to live this way, and it is helping a lot.
And I believe that we can yield to overcome things in so many different areas of our lives, and in our business. Life doesn't always have to be about control or force or competition.
I hosted this morning's Grow Rich Mastermind call, and I went into more detail about some of the practices I'm using and insights I've had.
I also shared something that my dear friend Rita Joye shared with me while we were spending time
at the Japanese Friendship Garden during our Freedom Fest in Arizona... something that totally changed my life and has stayed with me. It's a helpful reframe for anyone dealing with challenges... and I shared that in detail on today's call as well.
