Weekend Recap (the content challenge has blown up her Instagram account + a quick audiogram tutorial)

Hey, Amy here.

I hope you are having a beautiful weekend.

I have been.

I hope you've been staying warm if you live in one of the places that have been seeing frigid temperatures lately.

It's been cold here too (for North Carolina). But I'm certainly not complaining- it's been nothing close to what I've seen elsewhere.

River and I went for a long run yesterday out to the jetty... it was in the 20's and super windy. We had the whole jetty to ourselves, which was a first. There are usually at least fishermen out there.

Anyway, it was windy but beautiful... we had fun. Here's a pic.

We are 21 days into the 3rd Annual Content Challenge!

It's been so much fun to watch the results some people have been getting.

For example, Helen has been getting thousands of views on most of her Reels... and she has gained over 300 new followers on her Instagram account.

It's been amazing to watch... AND she has agreed to come out this week with me live for an interview so you can hear for yourself exactly what she's doing.

I recently got a question about how I shared a waveform animated clip of my podcast to my Instagram and Facebook stories... so I figured I'd make a quick video to show you how simple this is.

I use these waveform clips as short form videos as well, on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Youtube.

And I do it with a free app!

In this video, I will walk you through the process I use to share my podcast clips to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube...

I will also show you how I add my audiogram to my Instagram stories and Facebook stories.

And you can upload any audio you like to use this method- it doesn't have to be a podcast episode.
