As we come into the final stretch of the 3rd annual 30 day Content Challenge, it's time to
talk about RESULTS!
We went live and I was able to have a great conversation with my guests, Helen Lingard, Craig Leidheiser, and Yusuf Diaab about the growth they have seen on their Instagram channels since the challenge started.
They have been posting a 'Reel' on Instagram (and some of the
other short form video platforms) each day and they shared their process with us, some of the results they have seen, and some of the challenges they have faced during the challenge.
Helen started the challenge after being offline for a while due to the death of her mother, and now it's 26 days into the challenge and her Instagram channel is blowing up!
Craig underwent surgery and is now undergoing chemo treatments. He has trouble sitting in his chair sometimes due to his surgical incision.
And, not only is he participating in the
challenge, but he's helping a lot of people along the way by sharing tips and insights he is getting on his journey with cancer.
He's seriously one of the most inspiring people I've ever met.
And Yusuf jumped on with us last night too... he was on the bus! He shared how the challenge has pushed him out of his comfort zone and some of the takeaways he has gotten by participating.
