Hey, Amy here.
My dad had a lot of profound sayings and wisdom.
One of the things he used to say that I hear constantly in my head is,
"Nothing good ever comes from rushing."
I especially hear it (really loud in my head) when I'm hurrying too much and end up getting injured or experiencing something else that causes whatever I'm doing to take longer than it would have if I was talking my
time.
I do believe there's a perfection in the Universe, and that things will happen in divine timing.
I just forget sometimes. :)
It's easy to become impatient sometimes, and to forget everything is always arriving on schedule.
And really, the more we hurry, the less we actually get done.
Here's one of my new mantras:
Everything is on time under heaven's net.
It helps me to remain patient when it's hard to. It helps me to remember that there's perfection in the
Universe.
In business, sometimes we are so close to our success... but we can't see it yet.
It’s right there, about to happen.
We are at a tipping point and we don’t even know it.
It’s like the seed that’s growing
beneath the surface but it hasn’t come through the soil yet so we can’t see it.
It might be just about to push through the surface... we might be one day or one week, or even one hour away from seeing the success or the outcome we've been working toward.
But we can't see it so we get impatient and quit and start something new.
And when we do that,
we lose all of the momentum. We throw away all of our 'invisible' progress.
