Hey, Amy here. I hope you are having a beautiful weekend! Our beach season is in full throttle here... the island is busy with lots of tourists and the
weather and the water have been beautiful. The water is finally warm enough to surf without a wet suit so I'm hoping to get back in the game this week. Here's us, doing our thing. :)

And one thing that prevents this from happening the most for entrepreneurs and home business builders (affiliate marketers, network marketers, etc) is when they end up spending a ton of their time chasing their new members to try and help them get started effectively and powerfully.

getting into the habit of talking to every new person on the phone.
There’s a limited number of hours in the day, so if you are spending your time this way, there’s a limit to how much you can grow and scale your business.
I will show you the exact onboarding process I use for my new team members.
Not only does this process save me a ton of time,
it also sets my new members up in a more effective way than I could ever do over a phone call.
And my retention in my business has never been better… because, by doing things this way I’m also demonstrating to others that they don’t need to talk on the phone either. So we can all build bigger and faster, and everybody wins.
