Just a little reminder today that just because someone tells you something or gives you some advice, whether it has to do with something in regard to your business, or something personal, it doesn’t mean it will be true for you.

 

 

You can use your intuition to see what feels right in your heart.

I know when it comes to my personal life stuff, the advice I get from even some of my closest friends often goes against what my heart is telling me to do. And I know I have to trust my heart over anything else. 

 

It's hard sometimes because we doubt ourselves... we doubt that we know what's right. 

And we know that the people we are turning to love us and want what's best for us.

 

But remember the advice people give, even though it usually has the best of intentions, is coming from their own experiences, their own filters, their own opinions and none of those are yours. 

So even though the advice may sound good in the moment, make sure you check in with yourself to see what your truth is. You are the only one who knows that.

 

Also, when it comes to business remember to always test things for yourself to see what works for your unique followers and community, and what works and feels right for YOU.

 

You have probably heard me say all of marketing is an experiment. And it really is. 

The only way to know what will work for you is to test it. It doesn't matter if it's working for someone else. They are not you. 

So be sure and test and experiment and don't be afraid to try something that your heart is telling you to try, even if you've never seen a single person do it that way before. That doesn't matter. You know what feels good to you, and the only way to know what will work is to test it.
