This morning, I was on a mastermind call where it dawned on me.
The reason I love my community so much, is because that is exactly what we are doing here, walking each other
home.
About an hour and 20 minutes in, one of our founders (my dear friend Paul) chimed in... he was on his tractor in Idaho in the snow with his headphones on. And he just started speaking from his heart to our guests.
He was talking about how our community is about service and adding value to each other.
It's about helping each other and using our collective resources to serve people and to help people transform.
He even talked about the type of people who don't succeed here - people with a taking mentality instead of a giving mentality.
And that's because we are all here to serve each other and lift each other up... and we know that together we can do more.
I know this about our community
which is why I love it here.
I've been here for 5 1/2 years now and I seriously love it more every day.
We have these new member orientation masterminds every Saturday (and we opened it up to guests today,
too).
And what's funny is that so many people who attend, myself included, are NOT new members or guests.
So many of us don't need to be there... we already know our way around, but we show up anyway.
Why?
Because we love spending time with our community and serving each other in whatever ways we can find.
We have a daily marketing Zoom mastermind, too... and
I always find myself listening to it even if I'm driving or when my boxing coach sends me out on a long run.
And I'm not the only one.
Because we all really love spending time in our community. We are up to great things, and it just feels magical in so many ways.
Plus it's a great way to build belief in what we are doing, for me and all of us... because every time I show up to one of our meetings, the more my heart wraps around the work that we are doing together.
We are helping each other, and helping the world (we feed starving children through our work as well).
We are walking each other home.
Anyway, the mastermind was amazing today, as always...
it really provided a great and very thorough overview of who we are, and how we might be able to help you if you are an entrepreneur with any type of a business (or strive to
be).
