Hey, Amy
here.
I have a vision board process that I like to do from time to time.
It's kind of an intense process... and I use it for short term goals... and I don't do it all the time but when I do it really works.
I can't go into the whole process here but here's the gist.
First,
I get really clear about some things that I want to see come to fruition in the next 30 or 45 days. I always have an end date associated with it.
And then I create my vision board, and I write out a few sentences about each of the images on my board (as if they've already happened).
Then I record my voice reading all of the sentences- I used a subliminal soundtrack this time when I did it, with binaural beats and
isochronic tones (which are like subliminal messages).
And then I listen to that audio every morning right before my meditation and also right before I go to bed.
There are few other steps that I do every day, including a visualization for one goal per day, and I also keep the vision board with me at all times on my phone and on my desktop wallpaper so that I'm constantly looking at it.
What's interesting is how every time I do this process, things just start manifesting immediately.
Part of that, I'm sure, is because they are shorter term goals... so just because of that, it's easier to see the progression
each day than it is when you make a vision board for long term goals.
But this process really does kick things into high gear. The universe just steps in starts making things happen, like magic.
