Hey, Amy
here.
So, you probably don't know this, but I am a facilitator of Psych- K, which stands for Psychology-Kinesiology and it's a simple and very powerful process to change subconscious beliefs that are self-limiting and self-sabotaging.
I became a facilitator about 15 years ago, and it's basically a process that we can take people through to quickly and painlessly change subconscious beliefs that are limiting the full expression of their potential in
life.
Some facilitators charge for their services... I never have. It's just something that I wanted to learn how to do so that I could help people, and to learn more about the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is actually something that I've been obsessed with understanding for as long as I can remember.
I've read tons of books about it,
and when I learned about this process I had a session and it was life changing for me so I decided to become a facilitator.
So basically, the way it was explained to me in my class was that the subconscious mind is like a tape recording... and it stores all of our stories about ourselves, events from the past, and all of the limiting beliefs we have created over time.
And these beliefs in our subconscious mind are what stop us from achieving the things we want to
achieve in our lives, and many of them are unknown to us, we don't even realize that they are there.
They are not conscious beliefs, right? They are subconscious.
So what this process does is it's way to rewrite those patterns, to basically record over the tape.
Remember those cassette tapes we used to listen to, and
we could make a mixed tape or whatever, and whenever we wanted, we could record over it and it would sound completely different, with all new songs?
We can do the same thing with the limiting beliefs that are playing on the tape that is our subconscious mind.
I could give you tons of examples of some of the things I have used this to help people with, such as weight loss, quitting smoking, relationships,
etc...
But there's one event that just happened very recently that was life changing, so I figured I'd share that, just so that you can really get the idea about how powerful your subconscious mind is.
