I also lost my aunt this past week, who I was very close to. So I've been experiencing a lot of sadness and contemplating how short and fragile and sweet life is, and I will be traveling up to New England later this week for the services. 

And... drumroll please... we (my dear friend Linda and I) are in the finishing stages of our new book so it's been super exciting to see this come to fruition. It's been a true labor of love, and I can't wait to share more on that as soon as it's ready!
