I'm also 1 week into my Trinity Challenge (an annual challenge that we do each year to hit some big goals in our lives in regards to our health, wealth, and wisdom.

I'm down 5 lbs so far in my first week! 

I got back on my favorite anti-inflammation diet that's so good for gut health. It works like a charm every time. I had put on some weight over the summer so I have about 15 lbs total to lose. Only 10 more to go!

The challenge goes until mid-October so there's still plenty of time for me to hit my goals, and plenty of time for you to join us if you want to have some fun and make some positive changes in your life in the next month and a half!
