I woke up yesterday just feeling completely overwhelmed. Have you ever felt that way?
Just so much going on, in so many different parts of my life, a huge list of things that I need to get done, time sensitive things, rolling around in my head.
It's that time of year,
the holidays are quickly approaching. We are already reminded about that when we go into any store. I was in Costco the other day and they have all of their Christmas trees out...
My list of tasks and projects and commitments feels like it keeps growing and growing, all at the same time. Eek!
Sometimes we can feel frozen when we have a ton of things we need to do, because we don't even know where to start. Especially
with modern technology and how fast everything is moving all the time, it can be stressful and affect our productivity, decision-making, creativity, and even health.
I've been dealing with some health stuff recently too... and I know it's stress induced.
So I've found a few things that are helpful when it comes to dealing with overwhelm.
