I just finished editing a video that has me in a puddle of tears.

I've watched it a bunch of times (I had to during the editing process), and I cried every time.

It's a video compilation from some of our community members coming off of our last event (Freedom Fest 2024). 

The video is a project that I do every year for our community... and I feel like these videos get better every year. 

This one is my favorite so far.

In the video, people said things like,

"I belong here."
"I feel adored here."
"It's so comfortable here."
"I feel safe."
"I no longer feel alone."

And I wanted to share it with you because the main thing that comes up for me when I watch the video is the feeling of belonging that people have here in our community that many (including myself) haven't experienced anywhere else in their lives.

And I know that there are others out there who are looking for a place to belong, and to feel loved, and heard, and adored.
