I was on one of my marketing masterminds the other night inside of my community. 

It's called the 'What's Working Now Marketing Mastermind' that we do once per week where we bring out a couple of people in our community who have made sales in the last 7 days and they show us their exact marketing strategies that have generated the sales.

As you probably know, there are endless marketing strategies that we can choose from... some people market on TikTok, some people do YouTube, some people do Facebook live, we've even had people show us how they use postcard marketing. It's awesome.

This week, one of the gentlemen that we brought out was sharing how he's been bringing in new customers simply by showing businesses how they can generate more leads for their businesses (this works for ANY business) by creating custom funnels to brand their business. 

He would create a quick demo page for them, send it over to them, and they would purchase the builder so that they could use the page.

I've done this quite a bit in my business as well. It's a strategy that works really well for anyone that's interested in helping small business generate leads (while earning an 80% commission as an affiliate of our builder).

One industry that I have done this with is the real estate industry. 

We were actually talking abut this on the mastermind the other night as well. Someone had asked how realtors generate leads and we were talking about all of the different things they do (open houses, referrals, networking groups, postcards, even door-to door).

I was a realtor (in 2 different states) years ago before I learned how to market online. 

Now that I know what I know about marketing, I know there are much simpler ways to generate leads for realtors... and ways that would help them stand out in their city as an authority.

If I was a realtor, I would use this marketing hack- and it actually works in ANY niche, not just real estate.

I even did some research to see if any realtors are using this strategy, and it's so surprising how few of them are.
