here. I hope you are having a beautiful weekend! Mine has been a bit insane to be honest.
I got a wild hair a few days ago when it occurred to me that someone very special to me would be landing back in the country later this week after being gone for a year. I had told her that I would
try to come up in see her in Maine when she gets there, and I was planning a trip to New England anyway to help my uncle get his house ready to put on the market... and then suddenly I realized that time has just crept up on me and she was gonna be here so soon!
So, I told my realtor that I wanted to have my house on the market before I leave, and we scheduled the photographer, who is coming TOMORROW. And then, for the last 4 days, I went into full throttle mode to get my house ready, for photography and showings, all of it. I was reminded last night- when I realized how much had been accomplished in a few days- just how amazing we are, and how we literally can do anything we set our minds to when we get fully committed to it and focus on it like a laser. Something that felt almost impossible to do in a few days is now pretty much done. It was such a good reminder about how the universe really does conspire when we show how real our commitment and our intentions are. So, pheeeeew..... it's almost done and this is really happening tomorrow. I feel a little beat up and tired... but I feel so good about getting things underway. And, I just want to remind you that anything is possible for you when you commit and focus and go all in. It really is.
And, of course, we went down and sat on the beach each night to unwind after working so hard all day, which always feels good. Last
night we walked past one of my favorite little shops here called the Veggie Wagon and grabbed a yummy dinner to take to the beach with us, and just sat there under an umbrella and enjoyed this delicious food while listening to the waves and feeling so much gratitude.
And here's us from the beach tonight. We spent some time with our friends, and then some storm clouds were rolling in so we quickly mosied home. :)

As you may know, I’ve been traveling around to explore some different places that I am considering relocating to.

One of the things that’s been in my way for a while has been making a decision about whether I was going to sell my house and, if so, when the timing would be good for that due to other life circumstances that I have going
on.
After my last trip to the mountains, it became clear to me that now is the time.
And, even though I don’t have a definite plan about where I will go once the house sells (and I know that I may have to move around for a while as I figure things out), I’m clear that I will continue to be guided every step of the way. I just have to trust the process.
Getting my house ready to put on the market has been a very emotional process for me on so many
levels.
There are things about this process that nobody talks about very much, so I thought I’d start sharing some of my journey with you in case it might make a difference for someone.
In this video, I will share some of my first steps in getting my house ready to sell, and some of the things that have been coming up for me in the process.

As you probably know if you've been following me for any length of time, one of my favorite (and most lucrative) marketing strategies over the years has always been using branded freebie funnels to attract my target audience and provide value for them.
