This is part 2 of me attempting to document some of the process that I’ve been going through as I’ve been getting my house ready to sell.

This whole journey has been surreal. It’s not an easy thing to document… but I’ve included a few clips here in case these might be beneficial for anyone who is in the thick of this process, or anyone who is considering selling a house.

I’m kind of amazed at how much I was able to do in such a short period of time, once I put my head down and focused on nothing else. It’s proof of what we, as humans, are capable of when we really get committed to something and focus fully on it.

It has also given me the opportunity to get really present to how grateful I am to have residual income. Without that, I wouldn’t have been able to stop everything for 5 days while still getting paid.

Sometimes when we think about residual income and making money from home, we think about all of the glamorous things it will provide for us in our lives (vacations, fancy cars, or whatever). For me, it’s these moments of being able to make decisions that I wouldn’t otherwise have the ability to make that make me the most grateful for all of it.

As I’m writing this, my house if going on the market tomorrow. I did it. I got it done. It’s a miracle. And we really can do hard things.
