here. I hope you are having a beautiful weekend! Mine has been really nice. I was at a plant medicine ceremony yesterday which was beautiful, and today I've just been taking some me to integrate and relax.
We just came in from the gorgeous beach. :)
I know I promised to let you know how my second sit with the medicine Bufo was. I'm not ready to share much about it yet, but I will say Iearn a little bit more about myself each time I sit with plant medicine, and it's been so healing, in a cumulative way.
I'm definitely an advocate for it. I've sat with ayahuasca about 7 times, and kambo, and now bufo twice.
So if you ever have any questions about it, I'm happy to chat with you about it, or maybe even do a podcast episode to answer your question. You can just reply to this email with any questions and I will be sure and answer them!
I'm also going to be hosting some plant medicine retreats in some beautiful locations in the not too distant future, so be on the lookout for that as well.

I sat down the other night to shoot a quick video for my team, to show them the process I go through each week to update one of my funnels that changes each week due to a rotating webinar topic.
Rather than reinventing the wheel each week, I decided to just use one funnel and one list in my auto
responder, and just update it each week to keep it simple.
I figured I’d share this with you as well… in case you’d like a sneak peek behind the scenes of my business (or if you are just seeing my registration page change every week and wondering how I’m doing that).
I updated my funnel that night while filming over my shoulder.
