here. I hope you are having a beautiful weekend... Mine has been nice and still busy!
So much going on at the moment... but all good things.
I'm heading to an event in Arizona this week, where I will be speaking, so I've been prepping for that and tying up so many loose ends to get
ready to go. Still dealing with showings on my house which, if you've ever lived in a house while trying to sell it, you know how much work that is.
We went for a little hike this morning at the state park during a showing. Here's a pic from that.
So I'll be gone this week for the event, and then headed to Sedona for some downtime with one of my besties after that... so if you don't hear from me much during that time, that's why.

He shared a lot of his insight about what it means to live an examined life, and we even touched
on the importance of gut health.
