Weekend Recap (automated Facebook leads, YouTube promotion strategies, and Universe winks)

I hope you are having a beautiful weekend...

Mine has been amazing.

The weather has been incredible... beach weather, but not hot... I just love this time of year. And after all of the cold weather we were having, it's been a welcomed change.

It's nice to see lots of people on the beach again after a long break.

And then today, as I was in the process of wrapping up some decisions regarding getting my house back on the market, I received a message from a friend of a friend... a couple who just moved here from Colorado and had been admiring my house from a distance and were sad to see it go off of the market when the listing expired.

They had run into my friend and were talking about it with her, how they love this neighborhood and she asked them,

"Which house?"

When they told her she said,

"That's my friend Amy's house. And she's still interested in selling it. Let me connect you."

Anyway, long story short, they came over and it was amazing all of the synchronicities that were happening. They moved here from Colorado (like me), she's from New Jersey originally (like me)... he's a musician and loves boxing, and so many other things. It was very kismet.

They are going to mull things over for a couple of days, but we agreed on a timeline that would work well for all of us, etc.

And I have no attachment to them buying my house... but I love it when magical things like this happen. And, if nothing else, I made some new friends.

I live for these types of winks from the Universe to remind us that everything is happening in our favor, even when we can't see it.

And here's us at the beach at sunrise a couple of days ago.

And I know I've been saying this a lot but I continue to be blown away by the way our new turnkey system is converting.

As I've said a few times, I don't usually use done-for-you stuff... I'm a huge believer in building a solid personal brand and using your own stuff... but this is AMAZING, especially for new folks that don't have anything set up yet. It's a godsend really.
