Every week, I host a Zoom call for my members.

It lights me up because I get to check in with each one of them, hear how they're doing, what they're up to in their marketing journey, and any results they've seen over the last week.

Then from there I am able to provide feedback and support to help them get underway for the following week.

Watching people bloom and blossom in this way is such a gift and an honor.

There are so many amazing results and wins that people share each week, but I'll just share one to give you a example.

Last night on the call, one of my team members (Cindy) said that she saw a significant increase in her YouTube video views after implementing a strategy that I had mentioned, which is also part of my own YouTube process.

She said she saw THREE TIMES as many views on her video after implementing the strategy!

And, what's cool is that the strategy is very simple and doesn't take much time. It's just one simple thing that I always recommend doing, just to make sure that your target audience knows about your new content.

And this is just one little piece of my process.

I also teach over my shoulder every Thursday morning for the community at large, while I do my own marketing.

Most weeks, I am going through my weekly YouTube process, step by step. 

It's a process that basically requires me to just go through the same motions week after week. It's a process that I created myself that I continue to refine. 

It's the process that generates the majority of leads and sales for me in my business.

What's cool about these daily morning masterminds is that we have a different host each day of the week (I do Thursdays), and people can watch over the shoulder of each of the hosts (all leaders in our community who get significant results in their marketing), to learn about each person's process.

People really seem to enjoy and get a lot out of learning this way. And I've never seen this done or offered anywhere else in my over 2 decades of marketing online.

Anyway, I just wanted to remind you that marketing is a process.

The people that have the most success are the ones that repeat their processes, week in and week out.

And, although repetition is not the most exciting thing in the world, it's what helps us master our skills and get the best results.

It helps us to hone in on our processes, and make them ours.

One of the biggest pitfalls I see people fall into when they are trying to get their businesses off the ground is that they start with a platform or a strategy and if they don't get the results that they want after a week or 2, they switch to a different strategy.

By doing this, they never master any of the strategies and they often don't get the results that they desire.

Marketing is a process. And processes take time and lots of repetition.

And the good news is that once we get good at them, they starts to take way less time (while generating greater results!).

So... this is just a little reminder to stick with your process. 

Keep exercising the muscle and putting in the reps, even if you are not seeing the results that you want yet. They will come as long as you stick to it.
