I am beyond honored that I was asked to guest host the Think an Grow Rich Mastermind call this morning. This is a call that my dear friend and business associate Paul Hutchings started over a decade ago, that has been going on, without interruption, for approximately 11 years.
I attend the call daily, and love the value that is shared here, as well as the incredible community of people that are drawn to this call, and who show up every day to better their mindsets and study the laws of success together.
I was nervous to host, because I do not take it lightly when someone trusts me with their platform, their community and something that they hold so dear.... but I was up for the challenge, and always appreciate the opportunity to serve in any way that I can.
I had some technical difficulties with my audio at first... (and my back up audio wasn't the best), but I was so blown away by the support and love that poured out of this community nonetheless.
These people are amazing- they are seriously some of the most appreciative, gracious, enthusiastic, wise, forgiving and loving human beings I have ever had the privilege of surrounding myself with.
I know that, when it comes to culture, everything trickles down from the top... so I thank Paul Hutchings for setting the stage for all of us and for being one of the best living demonstrations of enthusiasm, wisdom, grace, and love on this planet.
Anyway, after the technical difficulties I shared some of my thoughts about how success is 80% psychology and 20% strategy (Tony Robbins says this), and the importance of personal development on our business journeys.
When you want your business to go to a new level, you have to increase the capacity within yourself for which the success you are seeking can rise to... it's the only way your business can grow.
There were so many amazing shares in the mastermind portion of the call as well (my friend Mama Elizabeth even shared about something that came to her about my name, which gave me goosebumps).
