I hope you are having a great weekend!
We have a had a great one... I'm so happy that things are starting to open back up and the world is beginning to return to some sense of 'normalcy'.
I went to 2 parties yesterday... just small gatherings of friends who haven't all been together in a while with tons of amazing food, and great company. So much fun.
And, in between, I went to the beach with River... it was a full blown beach evening... people were happy, and swimming, and spending quality time together. Summer is almost here!

If you haven't created your own personally branded lead magnet and freebie funnel yet, I think you will find this video helpful.
I know it's tempting to only use the done-for-you sales material given to you by your company. Especially since it's been proven to convert and the training is done by experts, right?
However, it's also good to brand YOURSELF (not just your company) and to provide your own value for your audience that they cannot get from anyone else in your company or industry or niche.
This is where having your own own custom lead magnet(s) will come in handy... and it will help you build an email list of extremely targeted 'warm' audience members, too.
When you brand yourself in this way, it makes it easier to develop a relationship with your audience and for them to get to know, like and trust you even faster (and therefore they are more likely to want to do business with you).
In this video, I will share my top 5 reasons that I love to create my own customized lead magnets. I'll give you a whole bunch of visual examples of some of the ones that are working and have worked great for me, too, so that you can see exactly what I mean.
