Hey, Amy here.
Have you noticed that no matter how hard you work on your marketing strategies, that you continue to lose customers as fast as you acquire them?
If so, it may be time to take a good hard look at your business culture.
I love this quote by Gary Vee:
"The most important thing for your company and your service is your internal culture." - Gary Vaynerchuk
People, more than anything else, want to feel a sense of community and belonging.
When we develop a strong culture within our businesses, we create a sense of loyalty from our customers.
Without a strong sense of culture, our customers will tend to have 'shiny object syndrome' and will always be looking for the latest and greatest new offer.
On the other hand, when we offer a product or service that comes with a strong sense of culture and belonging, people are much more likely to stick around for the long term as repeat customers and members.
In today's video (and podcast episode) I will give you some examples of strong business culture and talk about why the culture of your business is just as important (if not MORE important) than your marketing strategies.
You can listen on my blog or Spotify or iTunes or any podcast app.
Enjoy the video and episode and let me know if you have any questions.
Also- are you in a company with a solid business culture?
If so, I'd love to hear some examples of what your experience has been like and what has you sticking around for the long haul. Leave me a comment or reply to this email and let me know!
