I am just getting settled in after spending the ENTIRE weekend sitting on the beach with friends.
I couldn't be more grateful.
It was a spectacular weekend... and I especially enjoyed it after having an incredible amount of rain and flooding lat weekend.

Have you noticed that no matter how hard you work on your marketing strategies, that you continue to lose customers as fast as you acquire them? If so, it may be time to take a good hard look at your business culture.
When we develop a strong culture within our businesses, we create a sense of loyalty from our customers.
Without a strong sense of culture, our customers will tend to have 'shiny object syndrome' and will always be looking for the latest and greatest new offer. On the other hand, when we offer a product or service that comes with a strong sense of culture and belonging, people are much more likely to stick around for the long term as repeat customers and members.
In this video (and podcast episode) I will give you some examples of strong business culture and talk about why the culture of your business is just as important (if not MORE important) than your marketing strategies.
Mastermind Training:
On Friday I had the honor of hosting the more-than-a decade-running Think and Grow Rich Mastermind call.
I shared about something that's on the forefront of my mind these days... the importance of finding your tribe.
It was a very emotional call... for me and others on the call.
I've been given a whole new perspective on this lately, and learning first hand that we definitely don't realize the level of support that's available for us until we actually need it.
I also shot a quick video on Facebook yesterday, where I opened some packages that I received in the mail from one of my 30 Day Content Challenge participants, Craig.
I wanted to share this because Craig is living proof that we never really know what miracles are waiting for us when we decide to show up in a big way in our lives.
I am so inspired by him and what unfolded when he took the content challenge and decided to show up on YouTube in a big way. I shared a little more about his story in the video, and you can watch it on Facebook or Instagram.
