Hi, it's Amy here...
It's Sunday and I'm just chillin with my girls. ^^^
I know, it's been a while.
A lot has happened since you heard from me last... and I'm finally getting back in my groove.
Here's a quick update about where I've been... in case you've been wondering.
We bought a house and moved my sweet dad in with us in January, to be able to take
care of him since he was slowing down a lot due to his Parkinson's Disease.
Things started progressing very quickly (he had more going on than just Parkinson's we soon found out), and taking care if him became a full time effort. I'm SOOOOO glad we got him moved in with us on time to be able to spend this time with him.
My dad passed away on April 4th. We were certainly not expecting this and it's been a hard thing for me to wrap my head around. He was my best friend, and I miss him tons.
Since then, I've been busy with the probate process and was planning his memorial. We just returned from a 2 week trip to New Jersey where we had the memorial (that's where we are from originally), and we spent some
time visiting with friends and family, hung out in NYC and had a beach house at the Jersey Shore for a few days.
And now, I'm back home, settling back into our beach life, and getting ready to begin again in my business.
Big changes are happening. Changes in my life, and changes in my
business as well.
I'm more inspired than I've been in a long time, and I'm excited about all of the changes that are underway here.
I decided that, rather than waiting until all of the rebranding, etc is done, I'm just going to continue sharing content with you while it all gets done. I'm at the point in my life and
business where I'm much less concerned with the way things look on the outside... I just want to provide value and there's no need to wait. :)
I just received a question from one of my audience members about what images are legal to use in your marketing... so I figured I'd start there and answer that question. I just shot a couple of videos for you, to show you where to go to find great royalty free images
(for free) that are great to use in your marketing, as well as how to use my favorite app to add text to your images.
Please leave me a comment on that page and let me know if it helped, and what some of your favorite apps are as well as any other places that you like to use to find images... that way I can add more resources to my list.
And expect to be hearing from me more regularly again... now that things are finally settling down around here. I'll keep you posted and up to date with
changes as well.
