I always like to start my week off with something to get my mindset right.
So, I wanted to share this quick distinction for you to carry into your week... I'm hopeful it might help in some way.
It's the difference between motivation vs. discipline...⠀

Remember, you can still hit your goals, even when you are not feeling motivated. It’s just a matter of discipline. ⠀
⠀
Fact: You’re not always going to be motivated to do the things you know you need to do to hit your goals, in your business and your life. ⠀
⠀
HOWEVER, you can teach yourself to be disciplined. ⠀
⠀
Whether or not we hit our goals in our business, maintain our sobriety, lose the weight we want to lose, eat healthy, get good grades, or anything else we want to achieve usually boils down to a series of split second choices that we make throughout our day. ⠀

We have the opportunity to make these choices even in the moments when we are not motivated...⠀
⠀
And what we choose will determine if we move one step closer to our goals or one step further away. ⠀
⠀
The choices are yours, so make good ones. :)
