Just wanted to share some perspective with you this morning about how to grow a long term, stable business that surrounds you with not just amazing customers, but people you were meant to serve.
First... decide why (outside of yourself) that you want to do this. Maybe a greater question to ask is...
What greater purpose does me building an online business serve?
What communities, causes, and people outside of myself will it help that I care for or feel a desire to serve?
What positive change can it produce in the world?
From the beginning, asking these questions will put you in the right space which is a place that is what can I GIVE, not what am I going to get out of this.
It's natural to think... "What's in this for me?"
That's just basic human psychology.
But if the what's in it for you isn't bigger than you, you won't make it.
If the what's in it for you isn't a sense of purpose, and joy in serving others, if it's not fulfillment through contribution to others... it will leave you short sighted, and in a selfish mindset.
For example... when you drive traffic to your sites, if your only goal is sales, you probably won't make any.
But, if your goal is to reach as many people as you can to share your value, and your vision, and whatever gift your products are with them... you come from a place where people will naturally want to have what you're giving.
When you get leads... even a single one... it should be a celebration of
"Yes, I now have a person, or people that I can shower my value, and vision, and help, and service on to GIVE them whatever the thing is that they are looking for."
It doesn't matter if your product is dog treats, weight loss remedies, or The 30 Minute Workday... with each person that comes on your list, celebrate that you can now serve them by fulfilling whatever need, want, or desire that your product meets for them.
If you don't feel like your product or service is serving people in a higher way... then you don't believe in it, and you are just in it for money... and even if you do make some, it will be short lived.
Believe in what you are doing with all of your heart.
Serve the people you are blessed to be put in front of with everything you have.
GIVE as much as you can possibly give with excitement, and enthusiasm, and from a servant heart.
And then... you will build something long term that not only serves those that you are trying to reach, but that comes a stable business for you, not just financially, but with fulfillment and purpose.
You are rewarded in direct proportion to the amount of value that you are putting out into the world.
So ask yourself today...
What are you giving?
Who are you serving?
What value are you providing?
If what you're GIVING isn't great... what you're getting will never be either.
Thanks for being here.
I truly believe that YOUR freedom is part of my God given purpose. It's a desire that was placed in my heart that will never go away.
I will continue to do everything I can to give you the tools, the knowledge, the mindset, the skill, and the insight to free you.
Because you were meant to be free.
You were meant to be pursuing the desires that you feel calling to your heart every day.
You were meant to have freedom, and to use it to serve others.
And the more I can help you to be able to GIVE, the more impact we can have in our families, in our communities, and across the world.
Have an amazing day!

Was that helpful?
Anyway, I just wanted to share this with you because, in my opinion (and obviously in Nick's as well), this is the key to why some people never make it in business.
I hope it helped you or inspired you today.
Let me know if you have any questions or if I can help you in any way.
I love you,
Amy
