The Pursuit of Happiness

Published: Mon, 07/08/13

Every year as the Fourth of July rolls
around, we're reminded of our rights
as written in the Declaration of
Independence--life, liberty and the
pursuit of happiness.

Have you ever taken the time to think
about how you actively exercise your
right to happiness, if at all?

Concentrating only on the things that
bring us joy is not an easy pursuit.

But being happy IS your birthright...

And personally, I believe that doing what
you love is one of the KEYS to being happy.

I mean, it makes sense right? Since what
we do for 'work' is one of the things we
spend most of our time doing in life...

So, we may as well do what we love.

It's also been my experience that when
I do what you love, it's much easier to have
enormous success in life than when I used to
slave away doing things I didn't enjoy.

Following our heart and pursuing our
purpose is one of the happiest and healthiest
paths we can possibly go down.

Eventually the happiness you create in your
work will be reflected in the life you live.

Exercise your right to be happy!

This is not a guarantee that you're going to have the
same results.  I don't know you.  Maybe you will.
Maybe you won't. But, what if you could?
