Hey there... Amy here...
I'm on my way to a big CrossFit strength
competition this morning...
And it's been a crazy week because I threw
my back out a few days ago and have spent
the last few days getting chiropractic
adjustments and other therapy so that I could
be back in the game on time for this
competition today...
