Important Gmail Tips (Gmail users OPEN)

If you have Gmail you will notice recently 
that your inbox has changed,  so please
do the following so that we can continue 
staying in touch and you can continue
receiving my info.
 
 
Step #1: Go to your Promotions tab. 
Click to select the email newsletter you'd 
like to instead receive regularly in your 
Primary tab.

Step 1: Select the email in the Promotions Tab

Step #2: Drag this email over to the 
Primary tab. 


This will let Gmail know that you don't consider 
this newsletter to be promotional because 
you've asked to receive it.

Step 2: Drag the email to the Primary Tab

Step #3: Gmail will ask if you would like 
to apply this setting to future messages. 


Click "Yes." This will ensure that all future 
emails from this address will be placed in 
your main (Primary) inbox.


Step 3: Click yes to confirm

Done and done!


Option #2

To completely get rid of the tabs feature, 
removing Gmail's access to filter your 
messages before you get them, follow 
these quick steps:

Step #1: Click on the "+" symbol, located 
to the right of the Promotions tab.


Step 1: Select the + symbol

Step #2: A screen will pop up, asking you 
which tabs you'd like to have enabled. 

If you prefer to go back to the classic 
no-tab inbox, unselect all of the options. 

(Note: Primary will always be enabled.)


Step 2: Select the tabs you want enabled
