[NOW Playing] Last Night's Team Shine Training Hangout- How To Set Goals For the New Year

Hi, Amy here...
Last night we had our first official Team
Shine training hangout...
(you can hear all about the obstacles we
had to overcome to make it happen when
you watch the replay).
Remember, nothing can stop you from
achieving your goals if you're truly
committed to reaching them.
You can plow through your obstacles AND
your fear every time if you want something
badly enough.
Here's another (kinda silly) example...
I did crossfit one-legged yesterday with a
sprained ankle because I have a competition
coming up and refuse to let an injury get in
my way. :)
See, when you're committed and willing
to do what it takes, you can have whatever
you want in life.

As 2013 rolls to a close, it's time to start
thinking about what we want to create
in 2014.
New Year's resolutions are a popular
way to set goals at this time of year, but
the key to achieving them is to have them
be powerful and smart (S.M.A.R.T.).
The majority of people who set New Year's
resolutions and goals won't achieve them.
The main reason is that they haven't set
S.M.A.R.T. goals.
We even gave you some real live
examples of what S.M.A.R.T. goals look
like, too.

share what they're up to in 2014.)
