I love you (Happy Valentine's Day!)

Hey there, Amy here...
Happy Valentine's Day!
In the spirit if Valentine's Day, I just wanted
to write a quick note today about love...
I know some people, myself included, think
or have thought that that Valentine's Day is
a discriminatory 'Hallmark Holiday' reserved
for people who are in an intimate relationship.
Over the years, I've even gone as far as to refer
to it as 'black Monday' or 'black Tuesday' or
black _____ <-- fill in the day of the week here.
Actually, Valentine's Day is just a designated
day that we get to focus on LOVE...
And to tell the people in our lives how much
we love them.
It's a beautiful holiday, even for single
folks like me. :)
Here's an example of a beautiful expression
of love I received this morning....
This morning when I came home for the
gym, this was sitting on my kitchen table
from my 2 business partners/fellow team
leaders of Team Be the Change, Chris and
Jordan.
And, I just got a really sweet Valentine's
Day message from one of my team members
and a few of my friends as well.
So, although I may not have a significant
other to spend the day with, I am feeling
extremely loved...
And I want to tell you how much I love
you, too. :)
And I appreciate you.
I hope you go through your day with a smile on
your face and lots of love in your heart.
