Help! I just signed up a new team member and I don't know what to do!

Hey, Amy here...

I received a message yesterday from one
of my team members...
 
Something along the lines of,
 
"Help! I just signed up a couple of new
team members and I don't know how to
get them started!"
 
She was excited that she was about to have
a couple of new people joining her team...
 
and she wanted to make sure she knew how
to properly take care of them.
 
Lots of people (from the Network Marketing
industry and other industries) have been trained
to hand-hold and nurture their new people which
can be:
 
1) Time consuming and often times ends up
being a waste of our time because the new
person doesn't end up taking the coaching
anyway and they never produce, and
 
2) Detrimental to the new person because
what ends up happening is that people with ZERO
experience are trying to train other people with
ZERO experience (the blind leading the blind).
